Women in Sales recruits and selects for KONE

One of the most innovative companies in the world can not go without diversity in its workforce. This is why KONE approached Women in Sales to help them in recruiting and selecting female sales talents. Women in sales filled their vacant sales positions and we also took the lead in establishing a then non-existing Sales Support department.

Women in Sales organized two recruiting days where new and current applicants were screened. These recruiting days led to the recruitment of multiple Sales Support professionals that were deployed to KONE by Women in Sales for an indefinite term.
