In order to realize our high potential, we have created the DevelopHER Academy. This academy provides our talent with the necessary training programs. We give you extra support so our customers’ sales goals are met. To us, personal development is essential.

Who can apply to the DevelopHER Academy?

The DevelopHER Academy is accessible to everyone who’s highly ambitious and has strong affinity with the world of sales. We have different programs that all have a seamless connection to the wants and needs of a young professional. We’ll review which program is the best match with your education level and experience. Talent is only the beginning; professionalism is the future.

What to expect from the DevelopHER Program:

  • Valuable knowledge:

    we provide our talent with relevant sales knowledge and easy to apply skills that are essential for sales professionals. Our talents distinguish themselves and make a valuable investment in their career. Specifically, the training makes sure they are provided with valuable and up to date sales knowledge.

  • Performance:

    Progress is made by setting targets. Together we set ambitious targets that will be reviewed and assessed.

  • Active training and coaching:

    Every two weeks we organize a training day. You will also have a coach on the spot, who will be there for you every step of the way.

  • Prolonged process:

    For 6 to 12 months after the program, the professional will continue to be employed by Women in Sales, while we continue to focus on your development and maximizing your potential.

  • Dealing with targets:

    Besides personal development goals we also set targets. At the end of the year each professional must have met at least one of these targets. This can be a target based on revenue, return-on-investment or soft KPI’s.
